How the journey works
Aleppo International takes a limited schedule, so the answer changes more often here than anywhere else we book. Depending on the month, the best route is a connection into Aleppo itself, a flight to Damascus and the road north, or a flight into southern Turkey and the crossing. We check which is actually operating for your dates before quoting — a fare for a flight that is not running is worth nothing.
The fare
Aleppo is where comparing pays most, because the three ways in rarely cost the same in the same month. We price all three and give you the cheapest that actually works — not the first one a booking site returns.
When to travel
Aleppo is hot and dry from June to September and genuinely cold in January. Spring — March to May — is the best of it, and the quietest fares of the year sit either side of the summer rush.

Questions and answers
Is Aleppo airport open?
It operates, but on a schedule that changes. That is exactly why we check it per booking rather than publishing a timetable here that could be wrong by the time you read it. Send us your dates and we will tell you what is flying.
Can I fly to Gaziantep and cross from there?
Many people do, and in some months it is the cheapest way to Aleppo by a wide margin. It depends on your documents and on which crossings are open, so we go through it with you rather than selling you the ticket and wishing you luck.
