Sending your parcel by DHL

€8.99 — the price of a DHL label

  • Wrapped in sealed plastic or nylon only — no cardboard box on its own.
  • Maximum weight 31 kg per parcel.
  • Maximum dimensions 120 × 60 × 60 cm.
  • No large writing on the parcel.

Breaking any of these rules incurs a €29 charge.

Questions and answers

Can I insure a shipment?

Yes. Insurance can be added to any shipment on request. For valuable items sent to Iraq, the insurance is 10% of the declared value.

How do I pay for a shipment?

Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or electronic payment. Shipping is not paid through the website — online payment here is for flight tickets only.

Can I send electronics, like a mobile phone?

Mobile phones and most electronics can be sent, within the applicable rules. Laptops and iPads cannot — they are on the prohibited list.

How do I track my shipment?

With the tracking number we give you when we take the parcel. Enter it on the tracking page and you will see where the parcel is, its status, and when it is expected to arrive.

Can fragile things be shipped?

Yes, provided they are packed securely. Tell us what is in the parcel when you hand it over so it can be packed and handled accordingly.

How long does delivery take?

To Syria, within 7 weeks — about 49 working days. To the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, within 4 weeks — about 30 working days.
