1What we are, and what we are not
Fener Travel is not a government body and does not sell government services.
We are an intermediary and advisory agency. Our work is to prepare, submit and follow your file so the procedure goes through correctly.
Anything involving a government authority — a visa application at an embassy, for example — is carried out on the basis of a personal power of attorney from you. Without it we cannot act on your behalf.
2Payment
Flight tickets are the only service that can be paid for through this website.
Shipping, visas and government paperwork are paid in cash or by card at the office, or by bank transfer. They are not taken online.
3Shipment tracking and your tracking code
The tracking service runs on software developed and secured by Nextyon.
Your tracking code is the key to your shipment’s information. Keep it to yourself — anyone who has it can see where your parcel is and what it is. Do not share it with people you do not trust.
4Cancellations and circumstances outside our control
If a flight booking is cancelled for technical reasons or because of circumstances no one here controls, contact us as soon as you know. We will do what can be done to find you the best alternative available.
5Prices and information on this site
We try to keep everything here accurate — fares, schedules, visa conditions. But airlines and service providers change prices and availability continuously, and a price shown here is not a price we can hold. What you pay is what is confirmed at the moment your booking is paid for.
This site links to third-party websites, such as airlines and payment providers. We have no control over their content or their policies, and using them means accepting their terms, not ours.
6Your data
We handle personal data in line with the GDPR and German law. What you give us — passport details, phone numbers, payment information — is used to complete your booking or your file, and for nothing else.
It is not passed to anyone beyond who the service itself requires: the airline that issues your ticket, or the authority that issues your visa.
7Content on this site
The text, design, logos, images and software on this site belong to Fener Travel and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Copying, republishing or making commercial use of any of it needs written permission first.
8Changes to these terms
These terms and the privacy policy can be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the version then in force.
